ICF’s offer the most intensive and highly supervised residential setting for individuals with extensive needs. Programming is based upon professionally developed activities, experiences, and/or therapies ex. (nursing, nutrition, recreation, social work, psychology and self-care)appropriate to individual needs.

Supervised Individual Residential Alternatives (IRAs), provide 24-hour staff supervision and utilize person-centered planning to establish services consistent with the protective oversight needs of each induvial , while maximizing the pursuit of individual goals and quality of life for each person.

The Supportive Apartment Program is designed for people who do not need the level of support or monitoring provided in an IRA, ICF or Family Care setting. They may live on their own with only a minimal amount of support. This program manages apartments, primarily single settings, but also for a few married couples. The apartments are in Olean, NY area and ensure a safe, well-maintained alternatives to other residential settings. The people served also have 24-hour access to staff by the phone.

Intandem operates two residences in Cattaraugus county for people with dual diagnoses that are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. The adult residents must have a primary diagnosis of mental illness with a secondary diagnosis of a developmental disorder. These homes have trained staff on-site 24 hours a day and provide services which offer the opportunity for residents to advance from one level of supervision to another, and be independent in the community as possible.
