Behavioral Health
Intandem offers Adult and Children’s Behavioral Health Services to assist and support individuals and their loved ones with the understanding and management of their behavioral health as a means of leading a meaningful and fulfilled life as they understand it. We provide home and community-based services across Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Niagara Counties.

Behavioral Health Services
Core Program
Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services are person-centered, recovery-oriented, mobile behavioral health supports
intended to build skills and
self-efficacy that promote and facilitate community participation and independence for adults.
Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS)
Available with NYS Children’s Medicaid, giving children, youth (under age 21) and their families the power to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. These services strengthen families and help them make informed decisions about their care. Services are provided at home or in the community.
Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
Children's HCBS are provided where children/youth and families are most comfortable, at home or in the community. Offering personal, flexible services to meet the health, mental health, substance use treatment, and/or developmental needs of each child/youth.
OMH Community Residence For Adults
The Intandem Adult Community Residence is available for individuals age 18 and up with serious and persistent mental health issues. These services are covered by Medicaid and are available for individuals that are struggling with family relationships, social interactions, and/or completing daily living skills to independently meet their needs
Youth Community Residence And Respite Services
Our goal at the Intandem Adolescent
Community Residence is to consistently provide programming in an environment that improves and sustains the health and wellness of the adolescents, served along
with the support and assistance of their families, staff, system partners and natural support. Supporting ages 12-18.
Adult Behavioral Heath: Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
Intandem's trained and compassionate behavioral health professionals offer psychosocial rehabilitation counseling in safe environments and the home of individuals and their families, when appropriate.
Health Home Care Management
Health Home Care Management is an all encompassed service (Physical Health, Mental Health, and Substance Use) lead by a Care Manager and an individual’s care team (Family, friends, and all Health care providers). Our goal is to work with one another to link, monitor, refer, support and advocate for the individuals we work with to help them meet their personal goals and to stay healthy.

Adult Heath Home Care management (HHUNY-Health Homes of Upstate New York)
Available to any individual from the ages of 18 years and up, that is Medicaid enrolled, who qualify with 2 or more chronic health conditions (Physical Health, Mental Health, and/or Substance Use), a significant Mental Illness, and/or living with HIV/AIDS and have a qualified risk factor. Serving Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Niagara Counties.
Children’s Health Home Care Management (CHHUNY-Children’s Health Homes of Upstate New York)
Available to any individual from birth to 21 years of age, that is Medicaid enrolled, who qualify with 2 or more chronic health conditions (Physical Health, Mental Health, and/or Substance Use), a significant Mental Illness, Complex Trauma, and/or living with HIV/AIDS and have a qualified risk factor. Serving Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, and Niagara Counties.
