Supervised Individual Residential Alternatives (IRAs) are designed to provide 24-hour staff supervision in a safe and supportive environment. Through person-centered planning, we tailor services to meet the individual needs of each resident, ensuring that they receive the protective oversight necessary for their well-being, while encouraging the pursuit of their personal goals and maximizing their quality of life. Our focus is on promoting growth, independence, and social interaction, while helping them thrive within their home and in the wider community.

Adult Community Residences
Intandem’s Adult Community Residences are operated in Cattaraugus County for individuals with dual diagnoses, specifically those who have a primary diagnosis of mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of a developmental disorder that are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. The mission of these residences is to provide a safe, supportive environment that empowers individuals to live their lives to the fullest, while receiving the necessary care and supervision to manage both their mental health and developmental challenges.
- Target Population: Adult residents who have both a mental health diagnosis and a developmental disorder.
- Residences: Two supportive homes in Cattaraugus County, designed to meet the specific needs of individuals with dual diagnoses.
